| Long Island Artist - James Galletto |
James Galletto has been photographing nature for twelve years and loves to capture wildlife action and behavior. In preparation for each shoot, he studies as much as he can about his subjects and their habitat. James is a founding member of NWPLI (Nature and Wildlife Photographers of Long Island). His mentor is Charles Glatzer. James and Charles met at Glatzer's first "Shoot The Light" workshop. James believes that not only is Charles a great teacher but also a great friend. Battling Parkinsons disease since 2008 and with the support from family and friends, Galletto has vowed to keep nature photography as an important and inspirational outlet.
